Chord chart
All twelve notes down the side, all seven chords across the top. Tap any cell to hear it. Read across a row to hear one starting note change mood. Read down a column to hear one mood move through every key.
Sharps and flats that share a key share a sound: A♯ and B♭ are one note with two names. Bowls get labelled either way, so both are listed.
Intervals
An interval is the distance between two notes. Every chord is built from them. Pick a starting note, then strike each pair and listen.
Two bowls on the same note that are slightly out of tune pulse against each other. The further apart, the faster the pulse. That is why a matched set is built to sit within 15 cents.

Scales
A scale is a set of notes that belong together. Choose your bowls from one scale and whatever you play next will fit. Pick a starting note, then play each scale up.

What I can play
Every chord your collection covers completely, played back with your real notes, your real tuning and your real sizes. Bowls within 15 cents of each other play as a set; within 10 cents is the ideal.
Bowl sizes
Size and note are the same fact told two ways: the wider the bowl, the lower it sounds. Alchemy bowls break the pattern. They reach the low notes at roughly half the diameter of a frosted bowl, which is how you get a deep note you can still carry.

Every cell plays. These are the notes each size lands on most often. A maker can tune the same diameter a couple of semitones either way by changing the wall thickness, so treat them as the middle of a range. Alchemy bowls vary the most. Whatever is stamped on your bowl beats anything on this page.
